Minimums vary by patch type: Embroidered, Woven, Full Color Printed, and Velcro start at 10 pieces. Chenille and Leather start at 25 pieces. PVC and Silicone start at 50 pieces due to mold fabrication. If you need fewer than the minimum, contact us — we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs.
Because each patch order is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. However, if your patches arrive with a manufacturing defect — thread breaks, color mismatch from approved proof, incorrect sizing, or backing failure — we will remake or refund the defective patches at no cost to you.
Yes. We offer sample/prototype patches for most patch types. You can order a single sample piece to evaluate quality, color, and feel before committing to a full production run. The sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order.
