Custom Adhesive Patches

Custom adhesive patches use a pressure-sensitive backing for peel-and-stick application. They can suit projects where sewing is impractical, but the surface and expected wear determine whether adhesive is the right choice.

Choose a surface before choosing adhesive

Smooth, clean surfaces behave differently from textured, coated or stretchy fabrics. Tell us exactly where the patch will go and whether it will encounter moisture, bending or abrasion. Self adhesive patches should be assessed on the actual material; a successful bond on one surface does not prove compatibility with another.

Temporary use and removal

Peel and stick patches are not automatically removable without residue. Specify whether the design is for a short event, packaging or longer wear. For delicate or valuable surfaces, check an inconspicuous area first. Do not promise clean removal on an unknown finish.

Compare stick-on and heat-applied backing

Adhesive logo patches use pressure-sensitive attachment; iron-on patches use a heat-activated bond. Neither should be selected solely because it avoids sewing. Confirm application instructions, storage, cleaning and expected service life for your order.

Questions about custom adhesive patches

Can I wash peel-and-stick clothing patches?

Wash suitability depends on the adhesive and garment. Describe the care routine before ordering, and follow the instructions supplied for the selected backing.

Will an adhesive patch leave a mark?

Residue or surface changes are possible. Request a compatibility check rather than assuming every backing removes cleanly.
